I dont know if this will work for you, but I drink a water bottle with every meal. I kind of force myself to drink the whole bottle. Throughout the day, I always keep a water bottle on me- I find I drink more when its a big bottle with the squirty top haha. Give it a try!0

In some stores there are large cups/containers (what ever you want to call them) available that have the amount of cups printed on the side. So if you buy one that contains 8 cups, fill it up all the way and make sure you finish it at the end of the day. That way you are sure you had all your water, and you don't have to count the cups yourself throughout the day.
but I have to admit, even though I know how important it is to drink all my water I also find this very hard to do!0 -
I struggle with that also! What I have started doing is putting it on a schedule. Designate certain times where drinking water is your focus. Like first thing in the morning. Drink one glass. At 10am drink one glass. With lunch drink another. At 3 pm drink. With supper drink. 8pm drink water. Then also have some handy to sip on during the day. Make it a priority.0

Every hour I drink at least 2 - 3 cups of water. I'm a stay at home mom too.
you can do is get 4 cups in from the time you wake up to lunchtime than 4 more cups in from lunchtime to dinner time.
Than any water you drink after that is a bonus.
Once you drink your water and see how much it helps you with the scale, you'll be encourage to drink up! All I drink is water.
I get in at least 10 to 16 cups a day.0 -
I'm not a big water drinker and have to force myself to drink it. I keep a 20 oz bottle full of ice and water with me during the day and drink that in between meals. If it's really cold and right there, I tend to drink it.0

I start out with a glass before I eat breakfast, usually right after I am done with my morning routine. Then I'll wait about 10-15 min until I have breakfast. I'll have about 32 oz of water before lunch - another glass w/ breakfast food, and another with midmorning snack. It's easier to incorporate it if you have a routine... having a glass of water before you start eating helps me to get my water intake plus it makes you feel fuller. Hope that helps.0

Drink at least 8oz everytime you eat. if your eating 5-6 times a day thats 40- 48 oz right there0

I have found that if I drink out of a cup with a straw I drink much more water. I have a big 32 ounce jug with a lid. I fill that up with ice and water. I usually get 2 to 3 of them down a day. The straw works for me!0

I'm terrible at this too. I just started forcing myself to drink more water yesterday.
I can only drink water if it's really cold, some people can only drink it if it's lukewarm. Sometimes it helps to squirt some lemon or lime in it as well. Either way, I just said to myself - I HAVE to start drinking more water! So yeah, I sort of forced myself

I drink a big glass before every meal. I also take a bottle of water to the car every time I get in it and then drink it. I take two for the gym. I hate water but I can tell it's helping me, so I just make it work.0
