30 day Challenge

I decided to make my own 30 day challenge if you are interested in doing this with me let me know and I will send you the calender.
Here is day one

Day 1
6 reps of each squat- narrow squat, narrow squat w/ kick back, normal squat, normal squat with side kick and sumo squat
5 pushups
:20s plank
:10s side plank(each side)
5 Burpees
5 chair dips
