I took the roast and put it in the crockpot and added some Worcestershire sauce. I then topped it with onion soup mix, sliced courtland apples and sliced onion. For the liquid I added half a small bottle of Dr. Pepper.
Sorry that I didn't measure the ingredients but its simple to make so just go for it. I am sure that the Dr Pepper probably increased the calories a ton but my boyfriend wouldn't stop talking about how it was the best roast I had ever made - and he praised other ones I had done just not this much

I am sorry but I don't. I just sprinkled a good amount over the top of the roast.0 -
I made a pork loin last night that was to die for!
3lbs pork loin, dijon mustard, brown sugar, apples.
Browned the loin in the skillet with garlic salt, pepper and thyme before putting in crock pot with a stick of butter on top. Threw in rest of ingredients and served with roasted carrots and mashed potatoes.
It fell off the fork and melted in my mouth.0 -
