Dizziness and feeling faint during workout

I've been taking spinning classes for a little over a year once or twice a week, but today something strange happened. I completed the half hour class and proceeded on with the tone portion of it using resistance bands. During the third exercise my traps suddenly started to feel really sore so I took a break, but the feeling didn't subside. Suddenly I felt really dizzy and my vision went fuzzy and dark. I decided to just sit down against the wall for a few minutes and the instructor brought me a mat to lie down on and put my legs up the wall. After a few minutes I felt well enough to go back to the locker room.
I didn't feel like I was overdoing it and I know I'm not dehydrated, I ate breakfast a few hours before the class (which is at lunch time)...
I have no idea why this happened or how to prevent it from happening in the future. Any thoughts?

my thoughts were dehydration or lack of calories, I get dizzy if i under eat but you've already discounted those, I would go see your doctor if it happens again and they can run tests to ensure your blood sugars are in the right range0

this was happening to me during Insanity. Second week in i was starting to feel dizzy during the workouts and had to stop, felt dizzy during the day too. went to the dr and i had veritgo, possibly from all the jumping. i was also only eating 1500 calories and bumped up to 1800 for insanity and i feel SO much better. no dizziness0

Some of the possibilties.
#1 Poor blood circulation..
- stay away from stimulans (coffe, energy drinks ..)
-Tobacco
#2 probably low overall calorie intake ( carbs, fats, proteins)
#3 Do you sleep 8hours?
#4 Do you drink enough water?
#5 Breath deep.
#6 not enough vitamines&minerals
#7 To much stress.
Whats your daily macronutrient intake?0
