I've come to finally realize that I totally need to quit overthinking in order to reach my fitness goals.

Even though I weigh 3-4 times a month, each one a is a downer and too much angst is involved which leads me to do/feel the following: Forget to log. Eat junk during stressing. Eat junk the next day and lay in bed. Feel fat the next day. Feel like a loser the next day. Im even pretty sure that if certain men were present while im languishing, that I would do them.

These are all good reasons not to suck. Now here is one VERY important reason I should not stress. H I G H B L O O D P R E S S U R E - I don't have it! . Other very good reasons are: sabotaging my healthy eating all week by bombarding with junk food from DGAFing, not exercising due to bummed out feelings and feeling like lazy loser. Stress is BAD on both my mental and physical health! It is not worth it to feel good for a few minutes on the scale stripping and stuff. I need to learn to focus on NSV's and that's it!

Anyways, I'm not looking for people's thoughts and advice on how I can make this happen! I don't consider myself a stressoholic but sure enough, it does run in my family. I just think that stressing isn't for me because it's ruining my fitness goals and messing up my mentality and accountability.
