Chips. I don't buy them because I can't control myself.

It used to be chips and salsa at Mexican restaurants, but I've learned how to control it. So now, nothing!

Moose Munch, with chocolate!! I swear that stuff has crack in it!!
Cadbury mini eggs!! Nirvana!! I would eat an entire bag, large bag!!
Peppermint bark with milk or dark chocolate!! OMG!!
Cadbury biscuits, which are shortbread covered in cadbury chocolate! Haven't seen these in years, thank gawd!
    Shortbread, if it is good!
Girl scout thin mint cookies, Keebler grasshoppers, though not as good!
    Brownies
    Different pastries
then, sometimes it is salty stuff!!

Popcorn, with parmesan cheese and butter
BBQ chips, or sour cream and onion
    Pretzels, LOVE pretzels
    Olives, black, green doesn't matter
Ritz cracker, by themselves or with toppings

I could go on, but suffice to say, I try to limit my exposure to all of the above!!

snyder's pretzel pieces. doesn't really matter what kind, but honey mustard and onion, jalapeno, and bacon cheddar are the worst culprits. I could eat a whole 12 serving bag at 140 cals a serving without stopping to think about it.

stacy's pita chips with hummus. probably not the whole bag, but a whole lot.

fresh pineapple. not bad for you, but i can easily eat a whole fresh pineapple right after cutting it up (especially if it's cold!)

frozen cool whip. not that i've done it, but I imagine I could.

    doritos. nacho cheese in particular.

cheez its. i'm partial to white cheddar or colby jack. but it doesn't actually matter. i can eat the whole box.

wise white cheddar popcorn OR cheez curls. mmmmm.

i guess its mostly salty/crunchy stuff. i can't eat any of these things in moderation so unfortunately i have to cut em out altogether (not the pineapple and cool whip. the chippy type stuff)

I eat entire containers of salad without thinking.

I also eat whole bags of trail mix (Which is a little less healthy at 110 cals for 3 tbsp)

I could drink hot coco everyday without ever thinking about it, but that adds up fast too.

Coke zero is something else I go right through when I have it. Its not "too" bad, but the sodium gets me every time.

Ruffles Sour Cream and Onion chips. I don't buy them, or I get little mini packs because I can control myself with those.

Also, cheddar and jalapeno brown rice chips.

    • Colby Jack Cheez-Its (haven't bought since last year)
    • Utz rippled sour cream and onion chips
    • Most trail mixes; especially *in* for chocolate and peanut (butter) types (vs. dried fruit types). 2 years ago, I estimate I was eating 500-1200 cals in a sitting several days a week, eating it by the fistful without measuring.
    • Pretty much anything based on peanuts/almonds (candy, 'butter', etc.)
    • Large Dairy Queen Blizzard with extra 'wet nuts' <snicker> as a topping; 20 years ago that was a 3-8 times a month treat

Lots of things actually, but my biggest weaknesses are:
    1) gummy bears
    2) Japanese rice crackers
    3) pistachios
