I am Mary Ann and yep I am a new one here.
I am 44 and weigh too much. but need to lose at least two dress sizes down to fit in my beautiful wedding dress when I get married on June 13,2014. So I need some cheerful support buddies. I have only 7 months and 2 weeks to get my butt into my wedding dress.
I am a regular size 18 and my wedding dress is a size 18 but wedding dresses fit two sizes smaller... go figure. so now I need to lose 2 sizes to fit this dress. I am nervous and need all the help I can get.
But I know I must do this cause you cant do it for me. so anyways other then all that I am basically a friendly cheerful person .

Congrats! You've set your goal so you are one step closer to achieving it. I would recommending logging in every day.... that will encourage you to keep going especially on the days you don't feel like working out or eating healthy. There's a great support system here and lot's of people are willing to share their experiences with you so don't hesitate to ask questions or share something... 0

This is the place to do it. You will find lots of people who are happy to give motivation and support. You picked a great time to start, ("now"). Now figure out how much you need to lose total and how much you have to lose each month to meet that and get down right nitty gritty bound and determined.0 -

Congrats!!! I have found a site called bodyrock.tv. There are different ppl doing workouts but I personally LOVE Lisa Marie's workouts. She is motivating and the workouts are the most fun because all the exercises are very different, works the whole body, is only 30 seconds each exercise, or 50 seconds, depending on which workout you do. Anyways, I feel sooooooo much firmer after 2 months and see a drastic difference! Look into that site and try out a couple workouts. I am addicted to it!0
