Can I Expect to loose 4-5Kgs Per Month?

Sorry If I Sound realistic, i'm new to all things related with calories and all that. I gym 6 days a week, 1 hour of cardio and strength training 3 days per week. I eat extremely healthy.

I Joined a few months back and lost 4 kgs in the first 3 weeks but went off track because I had a serious injury and stopped but Am ready to go again. I haven't gained any weight back, Thank god.

So Is 4-5 kilos a Realistic Weight loss goal to be aiming for? I am doing it for the lifestyle change and health reasons because Diabetes is in my family so I have to start soon.

Also After I have reached my goal weight How much exercise do I then do, Like how much easier can I be on myself? If you get me.

Sorry If I sound silly, I'm a rookie

You don't need exercise to lose weight so I would suggest keeping the two separate in your mind... Eat in a calorie deficit to lose weight and exercise for overall fitness and health benefits. I commented in another thread you started about losing 100 lbs. in a year... and I again stress the point that you are 18 and you have the rest of your life to maintain your weight so just eat in a slight calorie deficit and lose the weight, if it takes you 2 years to lose 100 lbs. so be it. Just make everything you do sustainable.... Best of Luck
