Maintainance tips

There are so many weight loss tips out there. But what about maintanance? I need you to add to these tips. Anyone?

1. Lifting is huge as it tones muscles and enables us to eat more if I want.
2. Keep on counting calories to not to let the weight sneakily get out of control on me.

    If you feel a little lost for motivation after pushing so hard to reach your weight loss goal, switch your focus to advancing/continuing to advance your fitness. Try new forms of exercise; set new fitness related challenges and goals for yourself, etc. It can help you to mentally switch out of weight loss mode and it will also help keep your weight stable so that you can gradually break away from worrying so much about re-gaining.

    Great!! I'm very motivated, just looking for more info. I'm lifting and training for a marathon, improving my times etc. I like your suggestion of refocusing that's awesome.
