Have used this section of the forum to keep me motivated so I thought it was time I shared

80 days 12 kg lost 93.6 to 81.5 kg exactly

    Many thanks my diet and exercise transformation has made me feel so much better less tired more active and allowed me to enjoy my son a lot more

    Thank u ! I have been very dedicated to my diet please if anyone who is struggling with dieting be very very particular it's not only about calories ! It's about what those are made of ! After a failed 2 months of dieting 1 year ago I have been so particular this time and have had fantastic results so happy with the speed I've lost the weight but the best thing is I know for the future that I can bulk
    Up for muscle and can be confident I can loose it again
