    I think Grave of the Fireflies is my favourite. It's heartbreaking... I cry every time.

    Whenever I get sick I curl up with a blanket and watch Studio Ghibli movies. I have a hard time picking a favorite. It's usually the last one I watched. I'm really looking forward to seeing The Wind Rises but I fear it will take forever to be released here.

    the fact that I know whos in the picture, and exactly what they are doing speaks to the answer being yes.

    I was watching laputa the other day, it cracks me up cause the blacksmith and the henchmen have a fight, but square off by making their shirts explode. epic.

    I like the sci fi / fantasy stuff the most, nausaca of the valley of the wind is really epic, I just wish I could redub the soundtrack. princess mononoke is fricken awesome of course, laputa, of course spirited away and howl moving castle.

    kiki's delivery service, arriety, the cat returns, whisper of the heart, totoro and ponyo are good for kids / adults alike.

    grave of the fireflies will scar you for life.

    I would like to see some more epic sci fi / fantasy, with a soundtrack by flying lotus and amontobin.

    I also just learnt that naussaca valley of the wind was pre studio ghibli. out of it.
