I'm also looking for buddies to encourage me as I strive to reach my short term and long term goals.
I've been overweight the majority of my life in my late teens and early 20s I was in 'military shape' but after I had children and soon after my 26th birthday the weight no longer just fell off but started to add up quickly. At my top weight I was 237lbs and on a 5'3 frame that no good. I'm currently 195.5lbs with about 40 - 45 more lbs to go before I even think I've hit my goal.
