I've got a question. Might be a silly question but one I feel it's worth asking. I've been doing the Insanity work out for about 2 weeks now, right along side my husband, and last night I pulled a muscle during the first 15 min of the warm up faze, and it still hurts today if I stand on it to much. My question is, should I "push on" and keep doing my work outs or should I take a break for a day or two until my leg feels better?

If you feel the pain is severe then you should take a break but if not I would say carry on with the workouts
also depends which muscle you have pulled depends on how and what exercises you can or not do.

Insanity is a common problem. It creates sadness or downswings in mood are normal reactions to life’s struggles, setbacks, and disappointments. Exercise regularly at least 30 minutes in a day, eat healthy and clean food, sleep well and keep in touch with your friends and family.0
