Hello,
Can anyone tell me why the calories posted in my diary is not matching the amount from the recipe that I used? I created a recipe with food items from the MY FOODS List. the total cals for this came out to 380. When I import this to the diary, the calories show up at 377. I know the difference is small, but shouldn't it be the same?

sometimes if you have half calories it will round up, but then when you combined several to make a whole calorie your number will go down.
example: you have an ingredient that is 75 calories, but only use half so it records 38 calories versus 37.5. So you then decide to have 4 servings of the half - the actual total will be 150, but if you add 38 four times it is 152. Make sense?0 -
Yes, it does make sense. I wonder if I should leave it or just manually add the difference?0
