and "high quality" vitamins.

Also how much fish oil should we really be taking?

What other supplements?

I think there probably are some high quality gummies. High quality vitamins and minerals are usually forms that are more easily utilized or absorbed by the body. My problem with gummies is that they usually don't contain a lot of whatever combination of vitamins/minerals for the amount of calories.

Not entirely sure how much fish oil. But again, this is one where I find quality matters. Fish burps may indicate rancid oil.

I am no help with the gummy vitamins. :(

As for supplements, I take a handful every morning, mostly for recovery and fighting back against damage I've done in the past. I do swear by the Nordic Naturals Omega 3-6-9, and I take krill oil to boot. Also, I swear by my glucosamine/chondroitin supplement for my joints. I can be lazy about taking them consistently, but my recovery lets me know when I fall off track. But most of the rest of the stuff I take is for stress and coping:

Sunflower - Active Woman's Multi Vitamin
    Solaray - Biotin
    Nature's Way - Calcium, Mag & Zinc
    Doctor's Best - High Absorption Coq10
    Doctor's Best - Real Krill
    Nature's Way - Vitamin E-400
    Nordic Naturals - Complete Omega-3.6.9
Doctor's Best - Glucosamine Chondroitin Msm
    Doctor's Best - Vitamin D3 5000 Iu
    Nature's Way - Turmeric
Nature's Way - Ginger Root Capsules
    Solgar - Ester-C, 1000mg

And I've also started taking Resveratrol. I can't really say for sure how much of these are placebo or necessary, but I do feel better taking them. With food, always.
