It's getting closer to that time of the year! Yes, chili weather is coming.

So, who here makes the second best chili in the world? Obviously, I make the best, so second plaace is still up for grabs.

    I've been looking for a good chili recipe. I, however, don't like beans. Any suggestions for a substitute, or just leave them out? I live in Cincinnati, so I appreciate Cincinnati chili as well as Texas style.

    Well, chili purist say that chili should not contain any beans. This is better known as Texas-style.
