Hi Everyone,

I'm just wondering what everyone's favorite zumba songs are... I have this one that I love, that goes like barum barum barum... but i don't remember what it's called... any ideas?

    i use a hrm so that's how i know many calories to count... i couldn't find it any other way unfortunately

    thanks, someone actually got me a youtube video.... a lot of the same moves except the part where they sing 'prrum, prrum prrum'...we put up our right hand and push down, then our left hand then push down then both at the same down and push down then on the fourth set, we just kidna wiggle our butts

    geez, zumba moves are hard to explain lol!

    how does someone go about being a zumba instructor, btw?

    i checked it out and only one song is one my teacher uses... does your instructor use a lot of these songs?

    thanks, by the way, for telling me about it, it does sound like a fun cd!
