What do I make with it? Made a delicious quiche yesterday... Ideas? (under 300 calories a serving please!).

Chicken pot pie and pumpkin pie sound good to me right now, and I bet you could get either of them under 300 if you tweaked them just right.0

Under 300 cals with the crust or without?0

My mom made a light key lime pie with lime jello, cool whip and maybe light cream cheese?? The recip was on the jello box and was delicious. and I'd imagine it would be good with other flavors too0

Do an ingredient search on allrecipes.com, or pillsbury or betty crocker. My foster son makes great pies with leftover meat and veg, but I'm not sure they'd be under 300. Right now, I'd love to put butter and cinnamon sugar on them! Great childhood memories of pie dough scraps.0

You could make little meat and sweet potato hand pies...or any kind of savory filling you want. Mmmm!0

I'd be making a pumpkin pie with that baby! or at least I think I would, I've never used pre made, is it any good?0

I'd probably eat it as is, because it's delicious and I'd have neither the things to put inside it nor the knowledge of how to do so.0

Here's a link to a chicken pot pie recipe that I made recently and it was wonderful! Only 249 calories for 1/8 of the pie. But if you make it with all chicken broth instead of 1/2 broth and 1/2 half 'n half it will be even less calories. I used potatoes, carrots, onions, corn & green beans and I also added poultry seasoning and extra pepper. It was so good and really easy to put together. Beat me to it! I make this often and it is so yummy! I do omit the half and half.0 -
I made mini pies with my 9 yr old - they were so cute and portion controlled. Cut out shapes in the pie crust with a round cookie or biscuit cutter, lay a few tablespoons of fruit jam or pie filling, top with another piece of crust, seal edges with a fork, brush with egg white or beaten egg. We did all different flavors - lemon was my favorite (used jarred lemon curd). They are a higher crust to filling ratio than an actual pie.
I've also made a delicious steak and mushroom pie - you can bake them in ramekins for individual portions.

She uses puff pastry, but regular pie crust would work.0 -

Yes it's actually pretty good!
Chicken pot pie looks delicious but it's already made and it's just a bottom. Hmm going to look at apple pie recipes I think, I'm a bit burned off on pumpkin right now.0
