long story short i have very limited time to make food after i get home from the gym. I go to work at 7am leave at 5pm, get home from work at 6pm workout until 7-ish pm, then go to bed at 9pm. i need some slow cooker meals, please :) i like almost all meat, besides pork, but maybe i don't like it becuase it was never made properly? the pork my mom use to make always had a lot of fat on it and was chewy. im open to trying new things.

    Basic crockpot dinner:

1 lb of chicken breasts or lean, boneless pork loin chops
    1/2 cup chicken stock
    tablespoon of granulated garlic
tablespoon of your favorite herbs or herb blend
2 cups Frozen mixed vegetable blend of your choosing
    half an onion rough chopped

Put chicken on the bottom, add the spices and veggies, then the stock.
Makes 4 serves. You can expand on this, it is just a template. You might want apples with the pork in addition to the onions.
You might prefer all green beans or broccoli instead of the blend. It is up to you.
