SOMETHING I PUT TOGETHER

I cut up a half of cucumber, half avocado, one small yellow heirloom tomatoe, and tossed in two tablespoons lite Asian sesame ginger dressing by wishbone, and put it over a bed of baby spinach and sprinkled dried cranberries and one package 100 calorie snack cheese bites and that was dinner. I wish I knew how to post pics in these threads i'd post it! OMG it was yummy!
