Side note: Even though I used low sodium ingredients, it still came out pretty high in sodium to me. Close to 700mg.

I made this as well. It was to runny for some reason...I was bummed. But it did taste great.0

Yes, the bottled salsa's tend to have more sodium. I made it recently with homemade salsa, which was really good and it had less sodium! I also have added ground turkey to it, to give it some protein and to have meat. I love this dish, and I change it up and add different things all the time! Glad you enjoyed!! Also, it does tend to produce liquid, but it is a veggie and that's what they do 0
