I am in the same range (239) and my goal is 140. You can add me if you like, although I do my weigh-ins on Wednesdays. Middle of the week seems to be better for me, especially if I've had a bad weekend, give a few days to catch up.0

I'll join with you. Found MFP in September. Lost 10lbs. and feeling better....Need to lose about 60 more....but I'll be happy with anything I lose!0

( these are the numbers that I calculated, counting 1kg=2lb, which is not correct, but the easiest way to convert)
