The difference that a year can make is amazing!

I have been able to get rid of 70lbs in the last year. Counting calories and exercising actually does work! It's not easy, but it does work.

Who would have thought?

This picture is from August 2012. It is the best 'before' picture that I could find. I hated having my photo taken. I hated the way I looked. Now I look back and I'm sad about it.

I was impressed I fit into these jeans. Don't pay any attention to the toddler trying to escape the fitting room. He thought he was being funny.

I have learned that I am my best supporter and the worst at self sabotage.
I've learned I have to believe in myself! If I don't believe in myself then the people around me are just background noise.

One thing is for damn sure, if I can do this anyone can. You just have to decide to do it and get it done.

    My sweet little boy thought he was being funny trying to escape from the fitting room. He is my 6th and keeps me running after him.
