Hi everyone

I have been on MFP for a couple years now but have only started using this year since April to track my weight loss :-) I am 21 years old and I live in Scotland!

I'm looking to have more people on here who I can help keep motivated and can do the same for me :smile:

    Hey! (^^)Good luck wth everything. I live in the West Midlands, have been using the MFP app and the website for about 12 months now - as a card-carrying g33k I think it's awesome! I started serious weight and cardio training in June, still going strong. I'm loving it! if you need some advice, support, motiviation or just a laugh then add me!
