How to lose stubborn lower belly fat?

My belly fat has been a problem since I was 9. I'm 20 now. It's like 2-3 inches around my waist, the rest of my body isn't that fat. I have tried Insanity, I lost 4 inches from it now I'm 28 inches but the lower belly fat still looks the same

A common question on here. The best advice I was given was to simply lose more weight and the stubborn areas will eventually decrease.0

If you naturally carry more fat in that area you won't get rid of it without losing more weight in general as you can't spot reduce. I also carry more weight on my lower stomach than anywhere else & so if I was to put on any weight that is where it shows first. Just concentrate on continuing to eat well and exercise & you will get there0

You cannot control where your body draws fat from, just keep working at it. It's also the hardest section of the body to lose fat from fyi0 -

Not everyone agrees, but many have had success with belly fat by using Intermittent Fasting. On 2 nonconsecutive days, you only eat 500 calories, then eat at maintenance the other days. There is some science to it about your body dipping into those belly fat reserves on the low cal days. It makes it nice to not have to restrict calories every single day as well.
I hate to admit it, but I did the HCG diet several years ago and lost 25 lbs. I did gain the weight back in a couple of years, so I don't recommend it for weight loss long term. But what I did notice was that I lost more inches off my belly then than I did when I lost the weight on here with a smaller, yet more steady calorie restriction. I thought it was due to the HCG hormone, but after learning about the Intermittent Fasting, (5:2), it makes sense that the belly fat was being used due to the 500 calorie diet for 6 weeks.
I started doing the 5:2 plan back in August and I am now finally losing the inches off my belly. Maybe it is just because I have lost all the fat everywhere else and it is finally coming off the belly, or maybe it is because of doing the IF. Not sure, but I am enjoying seeing the progress finally.0 -

In that case, you wouldn't want to try it. It definitely isn't for everyone.
Do you have belly bloat? If so, you may want to try reducing the amount of wheat in your diet. That helps some people as well.
Other than that, just be patient and continue eating healthy and try weight lifting like someone else suggested.0 -

Really? Well I only eat like 1 wheat sandwich loaf 3x a week maybe I can reduce that? And thank you, I completely have eliminated soda and alcohol from my diet for 2 years now so Idk if I still have a belly bloat with this. I think this is pretty much everything0 -

I will look it up thanks and my WHR is 0.74 it's pretty good but I really have a disturbing tummy bulge that i cant wear swimsuits because it's embarassingand my body fat percentage is 25% I wanna go 20%

Great progress in those pics. Some observations-
Genetics. You are built with a thicker waist and slimmer hips and thighs. I understand this completely. When I was 26, 5'7" and weighed 135, my waist was also 28". But my hips were only 32". People thought I was anorexic, because I was so thin everywhere else but my waist. I got into bodybuilding shortly after then to work on proportions and building strength. At 150, I still had the same size waist, but my legs, back, and shoulders were larger and more defined.
You can't change your body type, but you can learn to work with it.
Also, the shorts you are wearing in these pics are low waisted and tight. This will make anyone look like they have a belly pooch and a muffin top, so no matter how slim they are. Learn to dress to show off your assets and not accent your trouble spots.
Great work and dedication to get where you are. Keep it up and be patient. And don't be so hard on yourself. You look great!0 -

It's so nice to meet someone who knows EXACTLY my problems are. Thank you very muchI will continue on the cardio bombarder workouts and if it doesnt do the work for me I'll sure try lifting
and I dont usually dress with tight low waist pants haha I just did for the pic so I can see my excess baggage more
