Heck no - not sustainable, not healthy. Any weight loss will be mostly water and will come right back on when you go back to eating normally.

Use MFP - it's free, it's sustainable, and it works. Eat your calories, drink water, exercise, take rest days, get good sleep, and be patient. There is no quick fix or magic diet.

I would also say a big NO for GM Diet.
some one from my family tried and was terribly exhausted.
Did not lose much weight but gained back later.
MFP is a wonderful forum to track goals.
The only way to weight loss is EXERCISE and EATING RIGHT!

And then you're in the man from Mars
You go out at night eating cars
    You eat Cadillacs Lincolns too
    Mercurys and Subaru
    And you don't stop
    You keep on eating cars

    ROFL

Eating the things you like at a calorie deficit VS eating vegetables all day and having a headache
    I really don't know which I'd choose..
