New Exercise

I'm on week 4 and I've hit a plateau... I need something new to motivate me for exercise. Any ideas?

    have you added strength training to your workouts? exercise outside? need more details on what you're doing now.

    Look in the mirror lately? Do you like the reflection? This always motivates me! Another one is my wife & child....want them to see me around for another 75 years>>>>

    what are you doing now? You could try a new class, start couch to 5k, sign up for a 5k, take your measurements, etc

    Thanks everyone!! I have been mainly just trying to get to the gym 3-4 days a week and eating healthy/cutting back calories. I need some cardio ideas to step up my cardio. I tried P 90X for a work out today, and it was GREAT!! SO different!! Not something I can do every day, but it adds something to different to my routine. :-)

    My favorites are the turbo kickboxing classes at my gym. Also spinning is pretty intense
