Hello to all my MFP buddies! I have a challenge for you! Well, it's really a challenge for yourself. I've put together a 10-day challenge to see if you can DOUBLE the amount of push-ups and squats you can do within two minutes, in a 10-day period. Go to my facebook fitness page for more details! And it's completely FREE!

  • I realize I may have over-stepped on some rules of the group posting, sorry all!

Here are the full details of the challenge: please join me!

Who doesn't have 5 minutes a day to contribute to a healthier lifestyle?!

For 10 days, we are going to sculpt our arms, shoulders, buns and thighs! The challenge is VERY simple, and consists of just 5 minutes a day! Today or tomorrow, everyone is going to do a trial run, and then Monday we start the full 10 days! The trial-run is to determine your 'base'. For the first two minutes, you will do as many push-ups as you can (from the knees or feet, your choice!), then take a 1 minute break. The next two minutes you will do as many squats as you can. And then you're done!

The goal is to double the amount of push-ups and squats you can do in a two-minute period, in just 10 days! This only takes five minutes a day... minimal commitment with potentially great results!

So once you have your base number, you'll know how many push-ups and squats you need to have done on Day 10! You can figure out the number of push-ups/squats you need to add each day in order to reach your goal, or I can send you the spreadsheet I've put together to tell you exactly what your daily goals would be!
