    for those who want to know how I did it. Long story short I was diagnosed with PCOS, had struggled with my weight for a very long time. Once I was put on metformin in September 2011, doing the right stuff like eating better and slowly incorporating more exercise finally started to work for me :) I managed to lose 50kgs by myself before I joined the gym this year (My personal trainer was amazed!!)

    also wanted to add slow and steady is what's really worked for me. This is a life style change, not a diet. I still have treats if I feel like it, I just dont scoff a whole packet of chocolate now, I just have a little bit. Also water, water water!! I drink lots of it! I was a huge coffee drinker before I started, now I'm down to just 1a day :smile:

    Thank you :) I think they are beautiful :heart: I'm proud of Hubby too, he has also changed his lifestyle. He lost about 10kgs, and now goes to the gym 4 days a week and is looking very buff these days :smile:

    I agree you have a beatiful family, beautiful in both pictures.
    It's wonderful that you can now participate in more fun stuff with them and what you have achieved for yourself and your family.
