This is kind of a strange question, but I thought maybe I would get some help on here!

So, I am entering this teachers recipe contest through taste of home- the grand prize is $20k so I figured it can't hurt. I'm having a hard time coming up with a catchy name for it though-

It's basically a vegan lasagna that is not in lasagna form. The chunky sauce is mixed in with the pasta and then the spinach ricotta layer (but it's made with tofu in my version) is scooped up on top to pull from. Rachael ray made something kind of similar and she called it "deconstructed lasagna" so I was trying to think of a new way to say it and also use the whole meatless or moo-less thing in the title as well. Any ideas? Thank you thank you! I've been racking my brain for the last few weeks and just can't think of a title that sounds good!

Can't think of a good name for you, but please share the recipes after the contest is done, it sounds yummy.
  • "You won't believe it's not lasagna" No? Hahahaha. Maybe pick a school theme? Or something in Pop culture?

Sorry I am terrible at these things, I'm just trying to inspire.

    But it sounds delicious!

something in the lines of "Inside Out Spinach Lasagne" since the ricotta mixture is the topping versus the filling

    Good luck!!
