Cooking with olive oil

Ok so when you cook/broil something in oil (is Salmon). How can you count those calories when some of if is left on the pan and cooked off?

That's a good question - I usually count the amount that leaves the bottle, even if a bit is left in the pan, that way at least I'm over, not under-estimating. Will be interesting to see how others measure!!0

I always log the full count (120 cals). I figure, I'll eat most of it- what I don't, my body isn't going to miss. I'd rather log too many calories (and not eat them all) than underestimate and take in too many 'extra' calories. The amount that I am over estimating isn't going to be that many.0
