how many calls for me?

Hey peeps Im 15.4 stone wanting to get to atleast low 13's. I weightlift 3-4 days a week and 1 hour football a week. I'm 5ft 7 male I work 12 hours a week on my feet as a chef. Can anyone aadvise me on a correct number of calories to cconsume? I change them too often ccause I'm not sure they are right. Thanks in advance guys.

Aye but I want to continue to lift and gain muscle. So 11 stone is too low for me . Think 12 is possible tbh. That seems a lot of calories doesnt it? Considering its like 2500. Day to maintain for the average male isn't it? Sorry really grateful for reply just wondering0

I'm not exactly sure how to convert "stone" to lbs so I'm going to offer you this great website which has a calculator to help you out! It tells you exactly how much to eat based on your stats. This can calculate based on either pounds or kilos so that should help. Good luck to you!
