I just tried half of one for the first time and i love it! My question is, can you save the other half or do you have to eat it all after cutting it up? I put the other half in a plastic bag and wrapped it up and put it in the fridge right away. I'm hoping you can, because I don't feel like eating all of it and my Dad wants to try it but he is not up yet...

How long can it be like that in the fridge for?

I tried one time. It didn't work out too well. It got a bit sour and it was only in the fridge for about 4 hours. I think if you've only got an hour or so you'll be fine, but anything more than that might be too much. I've only tried with the red, not the white, but I don't think there's that much of a difference in storage. That is easily my favorite fruit next to strawberries. I'm so sad it's out of season now!

I just took it out of it's shell and put it in an air tight container and put that in the crisper part of my fridge. My dad should be getting up soon to try some. It should be good till then.

It will keep fine... it will keep much better if you leave what you don't want in the skin and then refrigerate - just cut off what you will eat and leave the rest in full tact. Great stuff and fabulous juiced!!!
