Today I finished day 3 on level 2! I was ill at the last days of level one, ate crappy food and didn't workout for 4 days, but know I'm back on track. It's about not quitting, sometimes I forget that

I'm on day 5 of Level 2. I really saw endurance results with level 1. I was unable to do 1 push up in the beginning (without modification). On day 10, I did 12.
Level 2 is really hard. I may do it longer than 10 days if I don't start catching on better. Half of the time I am swearing at her.
I have lost 1 inch everywhere so far, so not bad.0 -
I started Nov. 1st and just completed day 6 this morning0
