    i am in the uk, i live near manchester. A woman in a clothes shop tol me about myfitnesspal on the smartphone but the app is so big it makes my phone crash so i have started using it on my laptop at home

    Hi Sara... Welcome to the forum. I have been using the App now for almost a year and in that time, I have lost 20lbs. It really has worked for me.

    So, if you can discipline yourself, you can succeed. The one thing that the App has shown me over time, is how many calories there are in the many foods I used to eat. :angry:

    Had quite a shock and that alone has helped me get the weight off. Now I feel great again. So good luck with the challenge
