Hi all,
I'm looking to increase my calories as I always seem to be slightly under my allowance, but I obviously only want to do this with healthy foods. I try to do this by eating fruit but this results in me going over my sugar allowance. Does anyone have any tips on healthy foods that I can eat that are filling but low in sugar?
Thanks!

Unless you have some medical issue or restrictive diet, don't worry about about fruit sugar.
That being said, you can try nuts, meats, avocados, eggs, etc.0 -

Don't worry about the sugar, especially if it's from fruit. MFP lumps all sugars together so it doesn't really mean much. You're better off changing to tracking fiber or something useful.0
