I am 5'2" and 30 lbs equals losing a couple sizes at least on my body. We shorties may have a lower "normal" weight range but any loss at all on us is really visible! Sometimes there's noticeable a difference with just five pounds on me.0

25 lbs and no difference
BUT
my confidence has gained weight
my clothes are a bit lose
my face is small
And i had to lose these 25 lbs to get rid of the next 25 !!
Ans together they will make a huge difference
And a fact : the lower you weigh the more each pound will show whether gained or lost !!0 -
Hey! Yes, it DOES make a difference! I am 5'1" and my highest ever was around 140-145. Now I am usually 120, getting to 118 on a good day and it makes a difference when you look at pictures. Unfortunately I don't have good pictures to show online but trust me, it does make a difference.
my highest weight is 145 too! 5'1 also and currently 120 pound. wanna lose another ten pounds.
Yep, it does makes a difference especially on petites like us0
