Depends. Weekdays, I tend to spread then out, little by little. Weekends, it's about three meals, maybe a snack depending on how many calories I have left.0

I usually have around 300 calories for breakfast, 500 odd calories for lunch, 500 calories for dinner and rest of calories are snacks spread throughout the day!0

On weekdays, dinner is usually my largest meal. Breakfast is around 300 calories, lunch 500, and dinner the rest.
Weekends I usually hike both days. Breakfast is light - 200-300 calories - and I have a snack or two (granola bar, etc.) during the hike, then a really nice/generous meal (1500+ calories, hike typically burns 1500-2000) afterwards, then just a snack and/or a drink (or two) in the evening. Despite the calorie intake, weekends have the biggest net deficit for me.0 -
Most of the time, my first meal is the largest, usually a little over half my daily intake (800-950) and I only eat two meals a day for the most part.0

I'm usually right at 400 each meal with two 200 snacks totaling 1600. Last week, I'd been missing my afternoon snack and been closer to 1400. This week we are doing heavy remodeling and I am over. But for some reason, my intake still comes in right around the 400/200 for me!0

Depends on the day. The average weekday for me is about 150 for breakfast, 100 for lunch, and 900 for dinner. Supplements fill in the remaining 50. On the weekends I seem to do about one large meal of 1000 around 1 or so with the other 200 tossed around. Weekends are obviously versatile though.0
