    I like pretty much anything by Volbeat, Five Finger Death Punch, In This Moment, Pop Evil, and Breaking Benjamin for lifting and running. I like to pole dance to Nelly and Theory of a Deadman. Other songs I like are Headstrong by Trapt, Remember the Name by Fort Minor, Coming Undone by Korn, Mr. Brightside by the Killers, and Get Through This by Art of Dying. I usually just make stations based off the artists I like on either Spotify or Pandora.
