not sure of this dieting lark!!

Options
Not had a pint of Guinness for 5 weeks (normally 8 pints a day).
Not eaten a bacon sarny for 5 weeks, normally 2 a week
Not had crisps (Walkers ready salted, yummy yummy in me tummy, normally 2 packs a day) for 3 weeks

Cut out, bread, potatoes, nuts, mainly eating veg and rice with grilled meat.

Switched to red wine and Gin & slimline tonic, even knocked the red win out this week.

Starting weight, 19s 5lb, weight now 19st 3lb

Thinking of having left leg took off to help with loosing weight, suggestions please.

    How many calories are you eating? It's great that you're trying to make healthier choices, but unfortunately (or fortunately!) calories matter more for pure weight loss.
