:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: I am so thankful for my 32 years and all my blessings! This birthday brings another year to hold my babies! Something has changed in my head and heart and I plan on continuing to treat my body with respect and gratitude. I want to say THANK YOU!!! to all of you who post positive and helpful information and share your personal stories here on myfitnesspal.     have a great day helen....let me know if you want to do some exercise together soon...we could do a walk at night after the kids go to sleep...in your neighbor hood or another that is well lit....
