feeling full and 400 calories to go..bleh

I've made some awesome changed to my diet. Instead eating the yokes, I just ate whites. Now I have a ton of calories to go for today. do you think it would be bad to just leave today as is or try to stomach some more food? Any suggest ions?

    Eat something small but calorie dense, like peanut butter or nuts. If you're consistently coming in so much under, then don't be afraid to add in some higher calorie foods (yolks are yummy and healthy!) to your regular meals.

    I've got 1600 left to got and its 7:30 trying to gain muscle. Anyone got any tips? I already feel overstuffed.
