Hi! The name is Carlos, heard about MFP through a friend who is really dedicated and wants to see results which i believei she can do. I really like the support and motivation people offer here and if she can do it i figure i might aswell dive into it. Ive been working out for about 2 years, used to be a long distance runner through out high school, until this year ive seen results i really like but ive never been able to break that last step of actually shaping the muscles (getting cut.) I'm pretty sure i know what im not doing right (nutrition and cardio) but i feel thats because i dont have the support around me to keep me in check (i know, excuses but really!) . Im motivated and dedicated i go to the gym 4--5 times a week without fail, i wouldnt mind having friends that like to update, motivate, and are determined to reach their goals.

I'll add you! I have lost over 100 lbs and I am now trying to lose the last few lbs but mostly toning and building muscle. I am very dedicated to working out and I am currently doing Insanity. I also try to eat mostly healthy.

Add me if you like. I'm down to my last few kg to lose so I need people to keep me in check, too.
Mostly doing cardio and circuit training, but I think I need to start weight training as it's getting really hard to lose the last little bit. I work out 4-5 times a week as well.
  • That's awesome ! thanks you two, Can totally relate to your goals! Im excited for whats to come :D, ill make sure to update and try to REALLY stick with nutrition to complete that last step, any advice or tips is always welcomed :]
