Thirty Something Mums (and Dads?) - New friends?

Hi there

I am a thirty something Mum of two seriously on the downward slide to 40 and that's my motivation, I don't want to be in this place at 40 when I know I can do better. I have been a convert to MFP for the last 22 days and I love it, I am being realistic this time (after having done WW successfully for a while, then not so successfully after my children!), I am really enjoying being more mindful of what I eat, something that I don't think I have been doing of late!

Would love some buddies!

    Hi there
I'm a mum of two too and nearing the big 40. I am trying to lose my baby weight and keen to talk with people on the same journey.

  • *waves* ;) I'm on the downward slide to 40 too (in Nov 2014). I've got a goal - I'm going to run a half-marathon. I'm starting from scratch. There would be no better feeling than crossing that finish line around my 40th birthday!

So perhaps you can set yourself a goal to reach before you get to 40? A bucket list kinda thing. :) Makes it that much more bearable hehe.

Hi, another almost 40 mom of two. My younger daughter is 3 now and I still haven't manage to lose the baby weight :( but I am less than 3kgs away from my first mini goal (get below the weight I was before my second pregnancy). Baby steps:) I hope you don't mind if I add you as a friend.
