Hello everyone!

My goal is to get rid of over 100lbs, which right now sounds like a near impossibility, but I want to try my best to do so. I want to return to my early college years weight of 170-180. Years of bad eating habits and other bad habits have really left me in a bad place where I don't exactly feel good about myself. This needs to change, this will change, and I hope I can get some support and inspiration here, because I'm slightly ashamed to admit my problem in real life, although I'm sure it's painfully obvious.

Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and say Hello to all those on a similar journey.

    Trying to do the same. Just remember it will take time.

    Welcome and dont think big goals. Remember lifestyle change not dieting.

    Thanks everyone, absolutely its a life style change, I'm hoping that this will keep my honest and on track. I don't mind slow progress, as long as there is SOME progress.
