Hello All,
I have a question on this work out dvd. When I finished all circuits, it took me almost an hour. But the dvd says in the beginning it is a 40 min. work out. Is this because they excluded the cool down portion which is the last circuit? Even if you exclude that part, it seems longer than 40 min. Any thoughts?

    She lies! LOL.

Yes, the time given on any of her DVDs is the time for the workout portion only and doesn't include the warm-up and cool-down. In NTMZ there are 8 circuits, and each circuit is 5 minutes each. I don't do a "40 minute" Jillian workout without budgeting at least 55 minutes.

Yep! also The "20 minute" 30 days shred takes almost half an hour.

How do you add this exercise?

I have a heart rate monitor, so I enter it manually. I think I've burned in the 300-400 calorie range doing it...but your results will vary.

If you don't have one, I guess pick something like "strength training" or "core fitness" under "cardiovascular" and use the approximate calories it gives you.
