WHOA - I am totally blown away. First time I've put them on in two years...I pulled out my old jeans-size 22 that were TIGHT!! Tried them on. (currently a 10)

I cannot believe it...

    Water, veggies and fruits, exercise. Simple - seems like everything else falls into place when I get those 3 things done!
