Hi everyone,

Do you know any salty smoothie?

I haven't personally tried any of these but a simple search for salty smoothie gives many results, here's one:

In my opinion you hit the nail on the head, every smoothie you make is sweet because they all have fruit in them. If you make a completely veggie based smoothie without any fruit or sweetener it won't be sweet. I have done a few spinach and broccoli based smoothies with a few veggies and some fat free greek yogurt and I was happy with the outcome.0 -
tomato + mint + cumin + parsely
ginger + carrot + turmeric + cilantro (love this)0 -

interesting recipes. I also tend to put mint into vegetable smoothies, it gives it a good taste without the sweetener. I also like to add come chili or jalapeno for a little kick if you are a fan of spice.0

I would also recommend adding plain greek yogurt, cottage cheese or unflavoured whey protein isolate to the smoothie for protein/healthy fats.0

I add Peanut butter (sometimes PB2) and pretzels to my shakeology... I use chocolate almond milk too... its NOM0

Found two recipes without fruit:
1. Tomato Smoothie (tomatoes, spicy chilly, pepper)
2. Vegetable Juice (8 tomatoes, 1 carrot, bit of: celery, beetroot, parsley, lettuce, spinach)
Going to try tomorrow ^_^0 -
