Ok am trying to set up my workout and cannot even find Burpees in the list of exercises. so cannot tell how many calories I have burned while burning my legs out. same with Box Jumps, Sumo squats, each of which I do 5 sets x 20 reps.At this rate, it will take me a couple hours just to record my data. Not worth the time......

The closest I can say is Aerobics High Impact or Calastatics. (?)0

Sumo squats, like regular squats, I count as strength rather than cardio. It's easy to add strength training.
Things like burpees that, if you're like me anyway, you do for a burst of maybe a minute give or take, I just aggregate all that under circuit training. If you don't have an HRM or something to track your activity and calories, that's not way off.
Most likely people have already figured out the calories and will tell you that below. All I can offer is the workarounds I use. Good luck.0
