Agree with previous posters, 800 calories is far, far too low for an adult. With trying to lose weight and gain a better body, eating as little as possible is not the answer. I say this from experience. Calculate your BMR (the amount of calories that would sustain your body if you were in a coma), and your TDEE (total daily expenditure) using online calculators, and eat somewhere in between, depending on your goals.

800 calories is much much to low.. not enough calories our bodies go into starvation mode... I have been eating around 1500 calories a day and my trainer said that is even too low..... so aiming for 2000 a day... now grant it..that does not mean eating cookies and chocolate bars...have to increse my protein, good fats and limit bad carbs...

Try modifying your goals..and see what the daily calorie recommendation is..on this site is usually is a bit low..but I would say you should maybe be eating at least double in the calories that you are eating.

I know it is scary thinking about more calories..but it MAKES the Difference..

Good Luck .. YOU Can do it !!!

Good morning. At 800 hundred calories you are really committed. Its just not enough. Your body is hanging on to all the fat it can. You are in starvation mode. Eat more and give your body the energy it needs. I went through that when I started and became so tired. I also learned to eat more protein and I work out on a regular basis. Good :
